Your Event Guide, Jill Proud
As a coach, it’s my job to facilitate transformation amongst leaders who influence other leaders. I’m here to create an environment for your elevation and hold you accountable to your bigger vision.
As a leader, you are constantly holding space for others—inside and outside of the workplace. I felt deeply inspired to create this event after seeing so many of the leaders I work with are lacking the time and space needed to embrace visionary thinking and lead their team from a place of high-voltage vitality.
I wanted to create a space and a curated platform for just that.
It’s an exciting time to lead.
And it’s also a challenging one.
The way through to what’s next will require you to be:
- More vulnerable (because the answers are more elusive than ever).
- More connected (because it will take support from your peers and team to generate the answers and implement the strategy).
- Deeper in self-care (as you lead in an increasingly complex, fast-paced and innovative environment).

Peter Katz is a Canadian Screen Award-nominated singer-songwriter and JUNO award nominee. He’s spent the past 15 years touring internationally, empowering audiences to overcome their challenges and feel empowered to chase their dreams.
